As the construction of your new home commences, we provide you with a general timetable of when key stages of construction are scheduled to take place.

This overview will help you to follow the progress and become aware of when important customer walk-throughs and approval meetings will occur.

Our staff will also guide you through the selection process, including providing time frames when these selections need to be complete.

You will be able to review material samples, as well as visit product showrooms and selection centers.

Throughout the building process, our job superintendent will be on the job site to coordinate the teams of subcontractors and installers that ware working together to complete your new home.
